Try changing your password and trying again.

If not you may have to contact SUPPORT

You have to delete everything Serato, lmmfao!! Im playing, do what Dan said and it should work.

Password is case sensitive.

tried it all. even changed my password

Are you able to log out of the website and log back in?

It should be exactly the same information.

Did you add your MS or Google IDs to your account and try to log in using those?

so when i try to log in with my vdj id i get this

and when i log in using my google id i get this

and i dont get it cause obviously if im cont connected to the internet i wouldnt be able to be here.........

Did you get a firewall warning when you first loaded the software?

If you have a firewall Virtual DJ would of asked for permission to go onto the internet. If you refused that then this is what the problem is.

Make sure that you don't have any curious firewall blocking VDJ from accessing the internet.

nope no firewall warning

Maybe this is the solution for you:

It certainly sounds like something (probably a firewall) is blocking VDJ from accessing the internet.

Do you have windows Firewall enabled or anything similar.

I've got the Windows Firewall on and it didn't/doesn't affect VDJ 8 here.
