Two questions.
1. I use a Pioneeer DDJ-WeGo, will Pro work with my controller right away, or will I have to install some sort of software?
2. My serial number has been getting worn off on the bottom from usage, and I never wrote it down (very stupid). Am I going to have to enter in a serial number again if I upgraded to pro?

If you have made another account and used your serial in that you will see it in your download centre, If that's the case and you have forgotten your login details you can contact support.
If you have never registered your LE serial you will have to contact pioneer if your's has worn off, or forgo the discount and pay full price.

The VDJ serial will be on the paper sleeve the software disc was supplied in. The serial number of your controller is of no relevance.
