Topic: My Hot Cue points won't save

Hi I am somewhat new to the virtual dj software; however, I don't know how to make my hot cue points load after closing vdj. From my understanding, if you add cue points to a song and then close vdj, the cue points should save automatically. I've searched the web for solutions but none of the answers helped. Please let me know of a solution if you can. Thanks

Where are your tracks stored? If there on an external you might have to check the "read/write properties" of the drive or it could be that the drive itself isnt formatted right.
 
They are on a playlist in my itunes
