I'm a 22+ year old DJ with M.S. and still gigging as much as possible.

Can you add voice voice recognition software to VDJ?

To where I say "SEARCH FOR", then "scroll down" or "up" and once track is found say "SELECT MOVE TO DECK #"

Then on the FADER CONTROL I say "MIX NOW".

Voice recognition is difficult at the best of times; with a noisy environment I can only imagine it would be unreliable at best.

Have you tried using existing voice control software to trigger keyboard shortcuts?
