Does anyone know of a good sound card for a PC that will let me cue and listen to tracks on my headphones, like you can do with an external controller? Or if not a sound card, how about an adapter or something that would let me do this. I'm trying to avoid getting an external controller.

When you say sound card, do you mean an internal card to fit in a full size computer, or an external one that can be used with a laptop?

How much are you willing to spend?

Grooveindj: I was looking for a sound card for a desktop PC.

TheMagicDJ: That option looks interesting, but I'm not really interested in using the Traktor program. I assume this will work with VDJ without a problem? And at $99 the price seems reasonable, although I'm wondering if a dedicated PC sound card for DJ use can be had for less.

OK but internal or external? What's your budget?

If you want an internal card, what slots does your PC motherboard have? Are there any internal size restrictions?
