Is there anyway to do a refresh of the files Available to VDJ without closing to application and reopening? For example, I use Itunes for my music. If I add a song to a playlist, or download a song that has been requested, how do I refresh VDJ to see it?

Try right-clicking on the iTunes folder and choose the Reload option. You may also need to collapse and expand the iTunes folder again to see the changes.
