Been running pro on a Win 7 laptop for ages but last week the Win7 PC died...
So swiftly rebuilt an XP laptop with a new hardrive so a nice clean install of XP (not using 7 as i want to rebuild the 7 laptop and use the XP as a backup).
So all is well with the rebuild VDj installed all looking good, but XP does not seem to differentiate between the two sound cards in the mixer. Result is i get a low volume out of one of the mixer channels but boith decks play through that one channel?
I am guessing the Xp laptop is having an issue realising there are two soundcards and gets confused..
No amount of googling has resulted in anything like this so any advice would be appreciated...gig on saturday, mild panic setting in...
