Topic: Skins not found after update to Cue Ver 7

I updated my laptop to Ver 7 from Ver 5. Upon startup of Cue I get an error stating Cannot find skins in the Cue folder or Library folder. I do not have a 3D video card installed. Is this the issue? Can Ver 7 run on a PC without a 3D video card? If not, what is the latest version I can run and how do I get it? Thanks in advance to all for your help!
