Topic: Logo Zoom Boom Video effect ?

Is there any video effect that could zoom a picture out on the peak and zoom in on normal to the beat ?. Something like Boom auto effects but more beat active.Move forward to 20 sec in this video to see an example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=meXn0BBKdnI.
