Hello all, been a while since I posted here. I have vdj and hurcules RMX with all recent updates and drivers. My problem is after playing for a bit the sound will suddenly get crunchy (no better way to describe it) or static like and will stay that way until i close down the program, unplug the controler and then restart it. any clue what it is? i thought it might be the usb cord but i haven't moved it so im lost right now. any help?

Your computer may not be supplying enough power to the RMX.

First, try disabling power management for it in Windows Device Manager.

If this doesn't help, try plugging it into a mains powered USB hub.

You could also try using a dual power USB cable (This uses two ports to provide more power to the device.)
