i have a brand new computer windows 7, a denon hc4500 brand new, and just bought the virtual dj on Jan 26th, newest update. i have tried every configuration, asioall, i have used both denon 1.01 and 2.01 updates,and the drivers and can't get it confirgured. I even took it to the guitar center, who is very knowledgeable, and frustrated him beyond belief. we search all the websites, and can't get it to work. please help.

Get rid of Asio4all, it's not needed and will cause issues. Also check you are using a USB2 port rather than USB3 as some of the chipsets don't support older hardware.

Once you've installed the correct Asio drivers it should just be plug & play.
