I don't know what's going wrong...everything worked perfectly, then I stopped using my dj stuff for about 4 months. I went to use it today and the Hercules RMX doesn't respond at all to virtual dj. The sound comes out from the speakers I have plugged into the RMX if I press play on the computer, but none of the buttons, faders, volume, etc. works on the actual controller. When I opened up Virtual DJ it said there was a new version available so I tried downloading the new versions of the Hercules Controller and Virtual DJ but that didn't seem to help. What could the problem be?

Please update the drivers and firmware of your DJ Console RMX.
