Topic: Had I screens going off

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi can anyone help me , I have 2 laptop that do the same thing . I run 3 screens with hdmi controller this happen with or without using it .if I start opening folder or just looking for videos not all the time my screen will go white and I will get a popup saying windows explorer has crashed . All my folders close and I have to go into virtual dj and turn off and on tv out then it will work again .help please

you should update your Professional Full version to the latest build, first. Then download the Registry Tool from the Download Area. Make a screenshot from your settings and post it here.
