please exscuse my slowness on this... if im already a vdj/numark mixtrack user what kind of changes will i expect?
 
CD Covers still broken for all three search engines, been waiting well over a year for that fix? :-/
 
I got to my download center and don't see it...
 
People you really need to read the release notes... and discover what this release relates to.

No good reading the end of a book... and then starting at the beginning to get the whole story.
 
If you are a Cue / VV user then this version will not be available until agreed/approved my Numark. Been the same for quite some time now so nothing new!

This is a serious question, I'm not being a smart ass. Why do you need a picture of the CD cover? How do you use CD covers in your shows?
 
The showcover plugin can be used to project the album art on to video screens if it's an audio track being played that doesn't have a video.

I was thinking the same thing. It's not really a requirement for the job, is it? :-)

Same with waveforms, BPM readouts and the sync button. Don't need it, the music is the important stuff!

I used to ask the same thing and then I worked with a Dj who has " Dyslexia"........... he couldn't read very well so he used the covers. Having the covers is a serious thing. We need that fixed.......

Think outside the box my friends...........

As said, so the customers can see the cover of the track being played. When the feature was first added I spent a massive amount of time adding covers to all the existing music, as some of the 80's and 90's covers are almost heritage listed.
About a year ago the cover search broke, and I now have a years worth of new music, with no covers added.

What looks silly is everytime I play a pre 2010 track, the cover comes up, when I play a brand new song, theres never any covers, it's kinda back to front.

Whats the point of having cover-flow in VDJ, if we cant add covers without a bucket load of stuffing around.

It really can't be that hard to fix I'd hope?

I know it's not a fix but but you can embed the album art in the MP3 file and select that instead. That's what I do!

That way the cover shows up in all media player software, ipods, phones etc.

I'm not showing an upgrade, still says only available is 7.0.5. I am using Cue Pro.
