Topic: [NEW] DN-MC-6000 4Deck Swap - Page: 3

This part of topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information

call me stupid, but could some tell me how to do this. sorry its been a while since i set my 600 up and i really have not touched it since.
what is meant by native control's? or settings. right now im configured for the vdj 7 (2 deck skin) i just cant figure out what needs to be changed. but i just love this skin and would like to use it on my gigs.

and also how do i do this...what are the steps. again sorry
Note: Important thing, in order to change (Cue) & (Sampler) pannels on the skin like DN-MC 6000 Contoller..
Please (map this script) (set '$samp' 1 while_pressed & toggle 'samp') copy & paste

Line=50 <map action="set '$samp' 1 while_pressed & toggle 'samp' " value="SAMP"/>

I dont understand this sorry

could this skin be made into a daylight skin? would that be very hard. working a gig out side this Sunday morning for the owners of the NY giants family at the stadium and would love to be able to rock it with this skin.

Ralph

You can use the skin resizer tool to invert the colours for a quick fix!

ok great will try, he what about set up. when i play this skin right now while conected to the mixer. my 1/ 3...2/4 deck set up is not working. could you give me an idea what to do?

ok i did it and it works, now the only thing im trying to do is get it to play 2/3 and 1/4 on the mixer is there any way to do that.

great, very nice skin, i use it with my mc3000, but it's about the same

Number one skin :-)thanks.L 3-1 R 2-4 version i`m waiting ;-)thanks in advance :-)

I like it very much,it's pretty!

why my current licenses do not allow you to download Skins

Because you don't have a licenced copy of VirtualDJ registered on this site.

The main reason I don't use the skin is due to the beat markers/spikes on the waveform, is there a way of deleting these in the XML?

Hi guys .. I'm not very active on this forum ..

ok for users who use the mixer (3-1L-R2-4)
now ready ... added in the zip file ..

DN-MC6000 (3-1L-R2-4) 1440x900
DN-MC6000 (3-1L-R2-4) 1366x768

wait, so the (3-1L|R2-4) layout skins work without a custom XML Mapper? holy crap, never realized that....

But I assume that when you add any non-native command such as "unload deck" you will have to create the custom mapper right?

Dude, super nice skin. With a few minor revisions it could definitely be the skin for the DN-MC6000/3000.

djlunatico, top stuff thank you!

anyway to have this for 1280x800 without the resize tool?

Thanks

Just want to thank the guy who made this skin, after a year of being annoyed with my mc6k I decided to look deeper into it. I downloaded this skin today and wow it has restored my faith!
Thank you!

Hi everyone-

Looking to see if I can get some help with this skin. When I use it for 4 deck mixing, my 6000 controls don't match up to what is happening on the skin.

For example, I'll load a song onto all 4 decks; when I turn up channel fader #1 on the 6000, channel fader #2 on VDJ will move up. When I turn up channel fader #2 on the 6000, channel fader #3 on VDJ will move up. When I turn up channel fader #3 on the 6000, channel fader #1 on VDJ will move up, & finally, when I turn up channel fader #4 on the 6000, channel fader #4 will move up on VDJ.

I thought the physical channel faders on the 6000 would be 3-1L|2-4R as well.

Can someone let me know if what I'm experiencing is normal?

Thanks,

Nick
