+1 It would be nice to know how far I can push the volume without waiting till the end result. Not sure about the need to do it soon though..
I looked into the Skin and VDJ script commands to see if there was a command for it, or if recording could be routed to a deck (as dumb as it sounds) like a Mic or Line in can. No luck for a quick fix there.

+1 and it can't get here soon enough. Luckily my Audio 8 has a meter on it so I can get by with out on the skin. It is a much needed addition though.....

Plus 3, I only have issues when recording to mp3 at a high quality. Wav format I have had better luck but the meter would be beneficial
