Topic: Error message every time I shut down.

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

This is the error message that I get every time I shut down:

***The instruction at “0x6bc05503” referenced memory at “0x00dd0014”. The memory could no be “read”. Click OK to terminate the program.***

Can anyone help me with this problem?
