Can someone tell me how to "screw" =make the voice of the singer sound slow" songs.

I am guessing you are talking about the extreme time stretch type effect used in the late nineties by DJ's like Armand Van Helden, et al.
To get that effect, use 'master tempo' to slow the speed way down (generally less than 50%.) Make sure you are not using a pitch control (like on a turntable) because that will change the key also. The point is to slow the sound down without changing the key. It is a purely digital effect and is due to the time stretch algorithm used which copies and inserts samples to stretch the sound. The more primitive the algorithm, the better (or at least more dramatic) the effect.

In VDJ, 'Master Tempo' is generally referred to as 'Time Stretch' at least in the skins I have used.
