Topic: Crashes on connect?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I've got a stream set up, and whenever i use a web browser to connect to it, there's no issue, but if I use any media player (Quicktime, WMP, WinAmp) to connect, VDJ crashes. This happens regardless of whether I'm running a shoutcast or icecast stream. Any ideas?

Sorry, i don't understand what do you want to do.

You try to connect to a radio station via VDJ (Broadcast sektion) or do you use VDJ only to play music and stream with a second soft?
 
Have the same problem. When I use the broadcast from my own computer feature it crashes when someone connects to the stream. Mine has also crashed the instant I start the broadcast. The program will crash whether I'm using my Numark DJIO card or just the built-in output from my macbook. I'm using VDJ 7.0.2 on my 2 ghz 13" macbook with 2GB RAM.
