I was at a gig on Saturday and my Denon HD-2500 failed me. At about four hours into the party it would not control VDJ anymore and I had to continue with its sound card, the mixer, and my mouse.has this happened to anyone? I really need help!!! One more thing, the buttons from when it did work stayed flashing in the way they were before it stopped controlling VDJ. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This may or may not help you , but yes when I owned my 2500 it happened to me on numerous occasions. It has also happened to other users I know of here.
The basic problem with the 2500 is that it its NOT, I repeat NOT a MIDI control unit. The firmware was added after the unit was designed & sold as an aftermarket go between so you could use it as a controller for programs such as VDJ. You will notice that nowhere on the controller will you see the 'MIDI' logo.
When it happened I had to reboot the computer completely & start from scratch to solve the issue. I sold it because of those reasons & went with the HC4500 & have had minimal problems since then.

oh okay well i already spent the cash on it, is there any way that i cant make it work better with VDJ?
