Topic: XP Media Center?

With the advent of VDJ 2.1 and its video mixing capabilities (bravo VDJ team), does anyone see anything particularly desirable about using XP Media Center Edition (2005) as the OS? Of course, having XP Media Center Edition does mean that the haardware meets some strict minimum reqs for multimedia performance, but you can have the same hardware running XP Home for less $$ and I doubt there would be any difference as far as VDJ is concerned.

Any comments, questions, complaints or rants welcome ;)
