This past week I bought a Denon X500 mixer and the on board "EQ" is NOT so hot. (Low end sounds crappy)
I'm looking for a decent (Single Space) rack mount E.Q. that's not more than a couple hundred U.S. Dollars.
Any recommendations will be appreciated and I will recommend the deposed Nigerian King send you that 10 million bucks he promised me.
Thanks
(Also, joking around in any of my posts is not only appreciated you may be rewarded for your valiant efforts.)

I use the dbx DriveRack "PA" for non powered speakers and "PX" for powered speakers.

Renee' I own four of these http://www.pssl.com/Behringer-FBQ-1502-15-Band-Graphic-Equalizer great EQ. One huge reason I like the Behringer EQs is they have separate outputs for the sub woofer, eliminating the need for a crossover.

You could go with any of the ones above.
I've seen your rack (Nice rack if I do say so myself)....Now that I think about you have a GREAT RACK!!!
Your rack can handle any one of those eq's
Dogg is correct that dbx Driverack is a great piece of equipment. Best purchase I ever made.
Hope this helps

Thanks Guys: :-)
The DBX DRIVERACK sounds sweet but it's a little out of my current budget unless that damn King sends me some of that cash he's hording.
The Behringer FBQ-1502 seems to be more in my price range (Cheap Bitch) and I've found it for $90.00 with free shipping.
I'm not too smart on hardware items unless it uses C-batteries. I use an ACTIVE crossover, will this still work with my configuration?
Denon X500 / DBX 3-way Crossover
(I've never used a stand alone EQ before)

Yeah it will work, just need to find the right cables. Then its all about tweeking the sound. Shoot me a PM, or e-mail, and I'll give you a fast and easy guide to adjusting an EQ.

Ok then, I just ordered the FBQ-1502 and it will be in Wednesday which is good because I need it Wednesday night. (Nothing like living on the edge)
Terry I'll give you a shout if I hit any snags, thanks for all the input from the VDJ wise men.

Hi Renee.
A couple of male-female XLR cables is all you should need to get set.
Try to avoid the 1/4" jack sockets on the Behringer stuff as they can be tempramental.
Obviously the eq will slot in between the mixer and crossover. As you are setting up the eq look out for the crossover clipping and tweak the output level controls on the EQ down if you need to. The Behringer equipment can produce outputs above +18db so watch out.
