Let me try to recap a little...
1) When playing on your Denons, its timecode right, that is used to control VDJ?
2) What do you mean by playing in VDJ then? Playing without using the Denon as timecode controller?
And as for the knobs and all to work, you have to enable midi, and map them up in VDJ, or use a premade mapper... (if one is made)

Hey Norway... I was unable to use the high, mid and bass knobs... (that problem is resolved) i restored the mixer back to factory settings...
I have no more problems with the TIMECodes.. SBDJ sorted that out for me....
My Problem is... Rite now running VDJ this is the layout of my settings rite now in CONFIG (section of VDJ)
INPUTS ---> None
OUTPUTS ----> 3 Lines Mixer
SOUNDCARD ----> Asio Driver
ASIO DRIVER ---> Ecler EVO Asio driver (there is also a box that says Ultra Latency ASIO, i checked it)
PROBLEM... I am able to hear what is being played through the main output (of the active deck).. for some reason I can't hear the other deck through my headphone...
The problem is not there if I was to use my HS5500.. everything works normally....
any suggestions..

Sounds about right, should work, I use this setup live several times a week. I'll verify though and get back to you :)

There are no 64-bit drivers for the Ecler Evo 5 I'm afraid.

:(!!!!!!!!!

I know... it's certainly a shame. DJ vendors seem to be taking their time in general with x64 drivers.

If anyone needs help with evo 5 contact me..I have mappings and settings for vdj and evo 5. I use channels 1 and 4 for tc with the dennon 3500's. if your wanting to use any channels besides 1 &2 for tc you will have to make some registry settings within VirtualDJ.

Sorry, not had a chance to get my Evo out yet, will see if I can get some time tomorrow evening...

swizzle....check your PM. I am getting my vdj config and evo 5 config and emailing out. Like I indicated I use my evo as follows channel 1&4 is timecode. channel 2 I use the volume up and down fader for video fading (nice to have it seperate) and use channel 3 for pc sound (effects withing vdj). I do not like channels 1 &2 for time code because so close together and not good for scratching. However the way I do it, you will need to make some registry changes on your pc under virtual dj portion.

DJ-In-Norway......Hey if I send you these you want to post them on the site for fellow users to download? I have some nice settings that allow you to switch modes on deck, also to allow you to use your cd players normal while using timecode on a channel.
