oh no not enough !!
I have 512 Mo (not shared) just enough but not perfect
And 700 MHz not enough to have a perfect synchronysation and scanning and loading are very slow

You will never be satifisfied with VirtualDJ running on that hardware. I would try to get some faster hardware and stick with VDJ.
