Q. I experience a short delay after performing a manual backspin or scratching on my MIDI controller that has touch-sensitive jogwheels

[DEPRECATED in VirtualDJ 7.3 and later versions, please now use JogScratchLatency]

With many MIDI controllers it's possible to improve the scratch response by adjusting the default scratch latency setting in the registry.

To do this, you will first need to download and install the registry tool (This is only available to registered licensed users who have purchased the full VirtualDJ Professional.)

With VirtualDJ closed, run the registry tool and change the DefaultScratchLatency option to a value of 1024 to give you a tighter scratch response.
