Topic: can someone please tell what effect this is !!!!!!

the effect pans but it make a sort of rocket sound or something like it. i have the sound clip of if anyone can please hear it and tell me what it is and if vdj has it

well i think it would be better if emailed it becouse my computer is messing up and takes a long time to record samples but its ont 11 second long
