The first time virtual crashed it was because "Nicks harddrive is full" then when I ripped it out it went back to playing the music. Then this past weekend I didn't use the hard drive that said it was full, I used a new one and virtual just randomly froze about a hour and a half into my prom and it just crashed, then shortly after it crashed for a second and shut the page then it reopened. virtual was updated to the newest version and I don't know why its doing this.

using a Rane performer mixer and a Macbook pro m4 . I just updated and did a hard reset on my Mac last night and it's on sequoia 15.7.5 now. I didn't want to do the new Tahoe update because I didn't know if virtual could run on it

did the same thing last night, just randomly quits me out of the program and lets be boot it right back up. just sitting here playing music and organizing icing songs it just quit out of virtual twice in the span of 10 minutes.

That behavior is not the norm at all - I've never experienced that on my M1 or M4 Pro, so it is implying that something about your setup is unexpected/corrupted.
Given VirtualDJ was autorestarted by the CrashGuard, were you online by chance (the crash logs might have been sent to Atomix)?
If not, maybe search for a system crash report that seems related and post it here along with describing exactly what you were doing when the crash occured.

Were you using an edit window, like the BPM editor?

When I had a M4 Macbook Pro VDJ just kept randomly crashing our and closing for no reason. Didn't upload a crash log either so never found a solution. I just went back to Windows.
Spent hours and hours trying to figure it out and just gave up.

@kradcliffe, once again, this is not the norm (many Mac users would have complained about this) so the question also applies to you too...what was being done exactly (is it a specific song being accessed, window opening, or browser operation being done)? Did you try with a fresh settings.xml?
OP's original post stated his hard drive was full, and he unplugged and plugged it back im (not clear if safe ejection was done or not) and it worked for a bit (assumed without the drive full report)...that seems to suggest a problem with the drive (like it's dying), so it might be good for OP to do diagnostics on the drive too.
