question / statement
The software (VDJ) is destroying my prepared stems.
Why is this happening?
When I click "Reanalyze" in the BPM Editor, the stem file is no longer displayed in the software!
I think I read about this before in the forum, but I can't find it anymore.
Explanation below.
I scan my songs.
I always create my stems beforehand because my computer is too weak.
If I think the beatgrid isn't right, I either switch from "Fixed" to "Fluid" in the BPM Editor or reanalyze the song.
Afterwards, my stem file is no longer there (in the VDJ browser), and I have to recalculate it (with the saved prepared stems).
I don't think this is supposed to happen and it must be a software bug!
It would be great if the bug could be fixed, or if someone could explain to me if I'm doing something wrong (which I don't think I am).
I'm using version v2026 b9278
