Good evening.
I need help with my Denon MC 7000.
When I'm in the Music folder to load the DECKS, when I rotate either of the SELECT/LOUD buttons (Right or Left side), instead of going up or down to select the song to load onto the Deck, the selection goes up in increments of 5 if I rotate the button to the Right and in increments of 3 if I rotate it to the Left, and it always goes down and I can't make the selection up in the folders. Does anyone know why? Thank you.

This is caused by the latest Windows Updates, with MIDI 2.0 service being rolled out. Microsoft plans some fixes that will start rolling out around May.
In the meantime, and only for this ^ particular issue, we have provided a fix/workaround in latest released Build of 9246, so please allow your VirtualDJ to auto-update to this Build.
