Good Day my set up configuration is a FLX10 and an xp2 i want to put on the upper part of the pads the hot cues and on the down part the stems is hter a way to do it?

Do you want to split the pads of XP2 to two sets of 8 pads ?
Or you just want to have your FLX10 operate it's pads in a different mode than XP2 ?
For the first, you'll have to make your own pad page.
For the second, it should operate this way by default, but also check the padsSkinIndependent setting
