Topic: virtualdj database manager: a database could not be opened
I have tried to use the virtualdj database manager but not one file could be opened. I browsed towards one of the databases and not one was opened by the program and the error message is: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you lick Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately. Access to the path c:\VDjTempDB.vdjdbman is denied.
Details:
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

That "app" made over 10 years ago, might not still work.
And was sort of "beta" app made by a user.

Probably just not use it at all.. ..
What exactly is it you are trying to achieve? Might be much easier and better ways
