Hello,
I have a subscription on VDJ since this week to see if it's something for me. I use Traktor normally but Traktor doesn't offer any online services and VDJ does.
My setup is as follows;
- Native Instruments Kontrol z2
- 2x cdj-1000mk3
- Serato/ VDJ v8 timecode (tried both)
I have a problem with the accuracy. I've changed the pitch resolution in the settings to 6%. That equals the pitch range on the cdj's pitch. The pitch increment is 0.02%.
In Traktor it goes perfectly in these steps. In VDJ it doesn't. If I slide the pitch up I have to go at least +0.06 steps before the bpm goes a little up.
My guess is that I have to change a configuration somewhere (if that's the case, could you please help me further) or that the registration is not accurate.
Either way, I can't beatmatch properly right now because of it and without that I have to switch back to Traktor which I obviously don't want.
Is there someone who could be so kind to help me out? Sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker.
