noob questions here, I tried reading the manual but im still confused.
So my input is at none (if that has anything to do with it). Its not on microphone but it does record my voice or external sounds, and the sound is bad so it definitely somehow, records by mirophone. And then, after I save the recorded file into an mp3, it will only play on VirtualDJ. If I try playing it with bs player, theres no sound.

In settings -> Audio you may click LINE INPUT
then configure a new input line "Record" with your audio device and channel lines
click APPLY
second part : it sound like you are recording instant samples using the REC button on the skin
If you wanna record the mix, use Settings --> RECORD page
third: remember DRM protected tracks won't record
and help with config and features may be more easy if Hardware & OS were known
i.e.: using Windows10, with some Realtek Integrated sound chip may need to manually enable Mix recording device
then configure a new input line "Record" with your audio device and channel lines
