hi im new to virtual dj & just purchased an american audio 4.1. It worked ok when i first used it on both laptops one on windows 7 and the main one windows 8.1. the next day after adding songs to database & checking bpm's it now doesnt run properly . the right side channel jumps and freezes & both freeze and wont play the song again unless i restart the program. i took programs out and did a restore point to start from fresh but still no good. my crossfader is also changing what it does on its own. i have all upto date asio & program so i dont know what to do . can anyone help please im thinking the new midi player is faulty? i did read about firmware do i need this and where do i find one ... thank you
