Hi All,

I have a new SC system 3, and the 2 x SCS.3d doesn't work in Windows 7 64bit. The device manager seem ok, I see SCS.3d (2) and SCS.3m, also SCS.3 Derouter see all 3 devices.

I'm using Virtual DJ 7 Pro and 8. I'm able to get the SCS.3d (2) working fine on a Mac. But can't on 2 Windows 7 x64 laptop.
What's weird is that the SCS.3m is working.

Thanks adv.

Tim

So, in version 8, in the CONTROLLERs tab of Config, you see only one SCS3d at the top left list ?

Hi,

In VirtualDJ 8 -> Controller mapping
I see both SCS.3d (Deck automatic) and the SCS.3m

In Virtual Dj 7 Pro
I see only one SCS.3d and SCS.3m

The SCS.3m work fine on both version.

Thanks,
Tim

Can you try to uninstall Darouter and see if that helps ?
Btw, in version 8, when you click on any of the SCS3d units from the top-left side, do you get an option for "factory default" in the mappings drop-down list at the right side ?

Scratch that. It seems that Stanton has released/produced a 2nd generation SCS3d unit, with totally different MIDI behavior, which makes the native files not working.
We have emailed Stanton and waiting for some clarifications on this matter. If indeed there there is 2nd version for the 3d units, we will provide a solution very soon.

Btw, did you buy the units recently (new/used), or have installed/updated any presets/firmware , or anything else that could be useful to us ?
