Hi everyone,
Since I've uploaded my system to Windows 8.1, the controller drivers are not well installed on the system.
In Windows 8.0 I didn't have any problem to install the controller.
I have a Sony Vaio Pro 13 with Windows 8.1 Home 64 bits.
I have unistalled the drivers, reboot and reinstalled (as the technial support says to me), but the problem persists.
I add an image how the drivers are shown in device manager:
Anyone can help me?

The problem seems to be related to the USB 3.0 drivers provided with Windows 8.1. Installing the default manufacturer's driver instead has solved the problem for a few users already.
Could you expand and detail the Universal Serial Bus controller category (Controladores USB) so we can figure out the proper driver for you to use?

Which concret driver should I uninstall? In fact, I have to use and USB 2.0 hub in windows 8.0 for the controller to work.

There is an image:
There's a solution? Maybe an USB 2.0 emulator (I didn't find nothing)?

Try to use the Intel Driver for the USB 3.0 Controller instead of the Microsoft one. Read here... http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/182934/General_Discussion/Read_This_before_you_update_to_Windows_8_1.html
