Account password not received
Q: I am trying to create a VirtualDJ account, but did not receive any email with the verification code.
A verification Email is sent in the following cases:
- You are trying to recover your Account password
- You are trying to add an additional Email to your Account.
- You are trying to create a new Account.
In all cases, please try the following :
- Make sure you have correctly entered your email.
- Re-type/re-submit your email in the form and press the Get button again.
- Please check your spam or junk mail folder. Most E-mail software and webmail servers such as GMail, Hotmail, etc. will automatically filter or block messages that appear to be spam. Automated E-mails such as those sent by our website can often be incorrectly filtered or blocked as spam.
