Can anyone tell what this crash guard means?

chansin, this should really be posted in the software forum, as it is a techinical problem

It crashed outside the software.

Do you use an external controller?

No just a trackball mouse. I was doing Karaoke and music. Using the built in fade transition and no other effects.
