Topic: Software Equalizer at 10 khz???

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Does anybody know a software equalizer which can equalize at exactly 10 khz? (for adding some extra treble to not well recorded songs)

You can use a sound editing program like Cool Edit which has a equalizer function.
