Topic: Feature Request: Cancel ongoing Stems preparation from progress/operations area
Hi,

I'd like to suggest a small UX improvement regarding Stems preparation.

Today I accidentally clicked "Prepare Stems" on a track while I was organizing and moving files in the VirtualDJ browser. Once the Stems preparation started, I wanted to cancel it immediately so I could continue working with that file.

I eventually found out that the operation can be controlled/cancelled through the Stems folder, but I don't think this is very intuitive.

When VirtualDJ shows an ongoing operation in the progress/operations area at the bottom of the interface, I naturally expect to be able to control that operation from the same place where its progress is being displayed.

It would be useful if the progress item had something like:

Preparing Stems: Track Name — 45% [Pause] [Cancel]

Or simply an "X" / Cancel option when clicking or right-clicking the ongoing operation.

For multiple queued tracks, options such as "Cancel current" and "Cancel all" could also be useful.

I've been using VirtualDJ for many years, and even then my first instinct was to click the progress indicator to cancel the operation rather than look for the option inside the Stems folder.

The existing method could remain available, of course. This would just make accidental Stems preparation much quicker and more intuitive to stop.

Thanks!
