Topic: filter tracks with cuepoints?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Is it possible to create a filter that only selects tracks that contain cuepoints?

Here's an example of a workaround using hotcues

1. Append a hotcue button set_cue action with: & browsed_file_color green - when the cue is set, the track will be coloured green.
2. Set a filter of: Color !="green" - only tracks that aren't green (ie those without cues) will be displayed.

I like that a lot. but... i want to select tracks that 'previously' had cuepoints set. otherwise i just set "tag editor/Field1' to 'new' "

This has been requested before - some time ago. I think it's a good idea.

I seem to remember also suggesting a 'cue count' number to be displayed as a column in the browser, so you can see at a glance how many cues a track has, and sort them by clicking the top of the column.

yeah, a 'cue count' would be awesome! I would use it as one way to filter my interesting tracks.
