For instance i have 4 cue buttons on my mixer i don't really use and i was wondering if there was a way to somehow program the mixer cue buttons to one of the buttons in virtual dj like flanger,sync,loop etc

Yes, MIDI buttons can be remapped. That's the whole idea of mapping - change it to suit your needs.
Don't you think it might be helpful to state exactly what mixer you want to use? Not all mixers have MIDI mapping capability.
BTW how are you going to cue if you don't have cue buttons?

Its a pioneer djm250 mk2, and i cue by putting the needle on the vinyl

You'll have to upgrade your license too since Home Users cant use unsupported hardware or time code
