Topic: Script for a Specific Song Load - Non playing deck

Hi Guys,

If one of the song gurus can help me out here, what i need to do is load a specific song to the non playing deck using a button. I have a few scratch sounds that i wanna load to the non playing deck with a button during my sets, without having to always search or go to the folder its in.

so i want to press button A and then = Load specific song to non playing deck,

Thoughts?

The easiest way would be to load it as a sample and use a pad or keyboard shortcut.

I dont want to play it as a sample I do actual scratch routine from time to time so need platter control like a normal song.

assign to a custom keyboard or button

deck 1 play ? deck 2 load "where ever the path for the song.mp3" : deck 1 load "where ever the path for the song.mp3"

just change the BOLD to the correct path of the file.
