Topic: Bought a Numark DJ2Go Licence, the licence that came was IonDJ2Go and it doesn't work

Hi there.
I bought a Numark DJ2Go licence via the inbuilt order form.
The licence delivered and installed was for Ion DJ2Go,
The software says I'm not licensed for the Numark device and time locks the controller.

Have I missed a trick here?
