Topic: Just bought the ContentUnlimited audio plan but not working

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi, I just purchased the contentunlimited audio plan for $9.99 but cannot find a single song or artist (tried over 50) , it just says 0 files when I try search for anything. Am I missing something? Am I supposed to buy the pro plan for $19 at the same time. It said when I was signing up that there were millions of songs. I tried generic keywords like "love" and got 0files. Please let me know how to load songs via the internet. People talk about NetSearch Audio but I dont even have that as one on my options.

Hi, we are sorry for the inconvenience, but CU service is temporary unavailable due to a technical issue.
We are working hard as we speak to get it back ASAP (within a few minutes/hours)

Hey,
Is the problem fixed? My CU is not working, but maybe there is an Problem with my Hardware?

The problem is still being looked at.
We are working hard to get the service back up and running as soon as possible.

Because it stopped working 5 minutes before you purchase your subscription and it was fixed 3 hours later.
