Sounds like a licencing issue. Have you had a cracked version of VDJ on your machine?

no is not a cracked one, is the original one, recived when i bought the herculesrmx2

It its Protection Error 4 the one you receive, then most likely its some "bad" entry in the Registries, left there from a previous VirtualDJ installation. You will need to clean your Registries from any VirtualDJ traces, using some Clean Registries Tool (Google it). If you dont know what you are doing or feel uncomfortable, contact Support
