Topic: Remap Serato Flip controls on SX2 Pioneer

I have tried but I don't know if its possible. Seeing how that I am not using serato there are so many dead buttons on this controller that I would love to put to use for things like turning on video effects and such however, no matter how I try, these buttons WILL NOT MAP! Are these buttons possible to map? VDJ8 does see when I press them, just nothing happens. I have 10 buttons on these thing Id love to be able to map that are not in use

What buttons are those ? How are they named on the controller ?
Is FLIP available in Serato when the SX2 is plugged or is this something that you have purchased extra ?
Reason asking is to see of those Keys are available only when Serato has Flip enabled (similar to Switching sound card when TC is enabled)

On SX2 there are only 6 buttons unmapped: The 3 flip buttons on each side of the controller.
However, I can remap these buttons just fine here...
Do you save your custom mapper after doing your changes and have you selected it as the device active mapper ?

Yes. You can remap them just like any other button on the controller

I remapped my Serato Flip buttons on my SX2 with no problem at all.

Is there anynews from Virtualdj to create a FLIP Control on Virtualdj just like Serato? Because FLIP Control is very useful...

There is an addon in the download section called Routine that's inspired by Flip
