Pioneer are losing it. A new controller every other week.

rather wanted to have the bugs solved in the current XDJ-1000 and XDJ-700 ...[/quote]

Me too!! I use the XDJ-700's on a weekend and there's an annoying bug where the browser jumps from the top of the song list to the bottom. It also can affect the waveform. Do you have this issue as well?

That's a known bug on both XDJ-700 and XDJ-1000.
Behavior gets better if you don't use XDJ's as soundcards as well.

Surely being the "Rolls Royce" of DJ gear with a price to match these things should be sorted out instantly.

Pioneer are getting more like Apple every day.

Yes I have found that when I use the XDJ's soundcards the problem is worse so I use the mixers (900 Nexus) soundcard instead. Still hoping that pioneer bring out a firmware update for it pretty soon.

Don't hold your breath, because I got response from the Dutch Pioneer support that the XDJ-1000 is immediately EOL (End Of Life) and is not in stock anymore and will not be sold anymore.
Why would Pioneer put Firmware effort in a EOL product.. I think they don't...

Whether it's EOL or not it should work properly. End of.

Agree ! And I hope they wil have time now for a fix.
But the XDJ-700 and 1000 are 1 year old already and there hasn't been one update for the players since...

The XDJ-1000 is nearly two years old.

And this is your update, lmao!!

I do like how you can use the SP1 with them, that is pretty slick.

I think now is a good time to grab a pair of mk1's before they all sell out.

It seems criminal to bump up the price of the mk2 so much, for so little difference.

The originals were about half the price of CDJs. Now there's almost no point buying these. You may as well pay a bit more and get CDJs.

Plans for future support of this MK2 beast?

I got a bit challenged last night, when I figured VDJ doesn't support it (yet)

Does anyone has the custom mapping, mind sharing please

The company does not give out timelines for support. The controller page shows which controllers are being worked on. When they finish what they are working on, and get one of these controllers in hand, they will let us know that they are working on it. If anyone has one of these controllers, and would like to help, let them know.
