hello i want to start up a mobile djing business and would like to be able to play royalty music and be able to make compilation cds of all the latest music and sell them to gyms and such. i live in Australia where a new law has just been introduced where an increase of 1500% to play royalty music during a fitness class

with so many blogs and sites where the djs are sending in bootlegs and remixs of popular music. is it acceptable to play these bootlegs without getting in trouble from authorities?
can some please explain what is acceptable music to play for free. or how i go about playing whateva i like without having to look over my shoulder.
